Thank you, Mr. Chairman. In regards to the cuts that the communities have taken, especially in regards to the cost to develop property and the amount of money they are getting to develop residential property, in my riding in Fort McPherson, they are getting $16,000. You cannot build much of an upgrade with $16,000. In the case of Tsiigehtchic, it is a joke, yet we are spending money to take pictures and we do not have the money to develop the infrastructure in the communities. Could that money not be better spent on those areas where there is that need of upgrade and develop communities on the ground versus taking pictures from the air?
