Thank you, Mr. Chairman. If I had $360,000 in my riding everyday, I would be happy too. What have you done in those communities prior to having this thing in existence? There was a way of establishing your roads through surveys and things like that so that method is still being used before aerial photos came to be. There was a process in place where people were able to survey in regards to set markers and things like that to develop roads and buildings and everything else. I am saying we were able to do it before. I am saying in this critical time, regarding cost savings and what not, that why was this not looked at as a possibility of holding back, cutting back, or finding a new method of doing it cheaper than for $360,000 a year? You are talking over a million dollars in three years. That is just one area and you are talking about surveying costs of $175,000 a year. You are spending almost half a million dollars just between those two sectors a year, yet we do not seem to have enough money to develop our roads in the residential areas in a lot of these communities. I would like to ask the Minister if she would seriously consider looking at that to see what savings could be made in that area? Thank you.
