Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Regarding the motion, I believe during the tough times in a lot of communities regarding cuts to the budget, cuts of programs and services, cuts regarding capital expenditures especially for roads and other infrastructure in the communities, we are finding there is insufficient funds in the budgets that communities are receiving, especially regarding residential development and what not. This money could be more appropriately spent in that area than being spent in mapping and aerial photo at this time. We can wait until we are in a more secure financial state. That money could be better spent elsewhere. Thank you.
