Thank you, Mr. Chairman. In regards to Tsiigehtchic, which is getting the least amount in regard to capital expenditures this year, I believe they are getting $48,000, about $30,000 to do some road work, and I believe $13 or $18,000 to upgrade a ball field or something. Yet, they were supposedly going to be allocated almost $400,000 the previous budget. Why has it been such a cut in regards to the amounts they were previously allocated versus what they are today. Why is not the allocation being fairly distributed across the board, because they are receiving the lowest amount of capital in regards to the whole territory of $48,000 compared to every one else which is within the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
