Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We have staff that visit the communities in all the regions on an individual basis and if there is a problem, we hear about it first hand from our superintendents. Unless the issue has not been raised through the municipal governments, then it is raised through the Member, I guess. We have not had any serious concerns from the communities themselves. We have staff travelling to those communities all the time and ongoing visits with the mayors and also the counsellors. I will get my deputy minister to answer the specifics of that question.
