Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We have criteria in our standards and criteria which identifies the useful life we are looking for in mobile equipment, depending on the type of equipment. We have tried, where we can, to maximize the length of useful life for equipment through retro fitting the equipment as a first priority as opposed to purchasing new. We have tried to do that in every case. We believe we are getting good value for the mobile equipment purchases that go into communities, Mr. Chairman.
