Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Just because you carry business out in the Northwest Territories and you are an old business, does not mean that you get the Business Incentive Policy automatically. You have to take the initiative. You have to take the responsibility to apply for your Business Incentive Policy. If the Member would make those circumstances known to the Minister of Public Works and Services, who is in charge of that, get an application and give the person's name, we can get that done for them.
