Thank you, Mr Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I will be brief and to the point. Mr. Speaker, in the community of Inuvik, there is concern being raised over some of the numbers that have gone through on the budget especially in the area of hunters and trappers committees in the Renewable Resource Councils. With the budget as it is, if there is no change, it will devastate what the community people will be able to do with the hunters and trappers in the area. We heard a motion was passed in committee of the whole to restore it to historic levels. I have since questioned the Minister of RWED if he would take that motion seriously. My question would be...
