Again, the concern is quite high there especially when we are so close to the end of this fiscal year and those HTCs depend wholly on the government contributions to help them. Many of the organizations will be preparing for spring hunts and the operation of summer programs. Will there be messages sent out in time for these organizations to deal with the people they serve?
