My question is to the Premier in reference to some of the comments and statements that were made earlier, regarding companies like BHP and other major companies that work in the north. Can the Minister advise this House whether or not there is any form of a committee in place that would be monitoring or reviewing the economic spin-off that is or should be taking place in the NWT?
