Talk about a Pandora's box. Mr. Speaker, I think I have said clearly in previous responses to questions asked by Mr. Miltenberger and Mrs. Groenewegen. I do not think that it would be appropriate for me to comment at this time. It is my understanding that this matter is under discussion and is in dispute and that arbitrators, justice and the parties are all discussing it.
