Thank you, Mr. Speaker. This is another way that we talk about community empowerment, community wellness and trying to have and maintain healthy communities

so they can be sufficient and not dependent on this government in relation to having people hospitalized or institutionalized because of a related illness, especially in the area of mental health. I think that for us to on the one hand, give them the tools, but on the other hand not give them the resources to carry out those activities, I believe we are making a statement here that, sure, we will give you the program but we will not give you the resources. I would like to ask the Minister again if there is enough demand called for by the communities asking him to reinstate this program, will the Minister intervene to the board to ensure that the communities' wishes are taken care of?
