Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, we are aware of the issue of recruitment and retention of physicians and other health care professionals. I cannot say that although it is a board responsibility now that the department has an active role in trying to support the boards in putting together a strategy to try to deal with this issue. As I indicated in the question last week, from the honourable Member, Mr. Ootes, that the NWT Health Care Association has taken a more active, aggressive role in trying to formulate a committee with our involvement in trying to bring along some of the recruitment/retention issues and develop a strategy for physician recruitment and retention, Mr. Speaker.
