Thank you. The Minister and I have talked and I appreciate his comments when he says start this fall. I have always been concerned about that Yellowknife needs an opportunity to adjust to the downsizing of government. I do not think that is a secret. We have had a tremendous impact. I wonder if the Minister could consider not to move too fast this fall and to start with the plan as originally envisioned in Footprints 2, of April 1998, I believe was originally the intended start to look at the transfers.
