Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, that is a very good observation and a very good question. Why do not we have provisions in the driver's licence? I checked this out and what I have been told is that I think our medical facilities in the north do not have the capacity or the capabilities to take organs and preserve them for use in other parts of the country. I think that in other parts of this country there are provisions in the health system to take advantage of those kinds of possibilities, but I think one of the reasons why we do not do that is that we do not have the capabilities of providing that service.
