Again, thank you for your indulgence and the Members. DIAND has gone so far as to dismiss our ideas as the myth of benefits. The Minister must be more responsible about an issue that stands to pour $4.4 billion into the federal coffers over the next 25 years, and she could double those Canadian benefits if she would listen to us. I want to remind the Minister she is in charge not just of aboriginal affairs but also of northern economic development, and that means paying attention to the elected leaders of the Northwest Territories.
