Thank you, Mr. Speaker. As I have stated, I do not think that it is a situation where the government refers people to food banks. If an individual comes to a government employee and says I have an emergency. I have no food for my kids, how do I deal with it? Here are some of the options that may be presented to that person. The employee will then call upon their knowledge of the local resources and advise some options to consider in order to make sure the kids do not go hungry while we try to solve the problem.
