Yes, my honourable colleague is exactly correct. If we accept and go out there to allow our membership as they rightly deserve, the right to vote on this new collective agreement, which does incorporate the Hay Plan Job Evaluation System, and bring about a gender-neutral workplace, more money in the hands of both our female and male employees; it should, in fact, at the end of the day, bring about the result of the pay equity issue because that is really what it is all about.
