Mr. Speaker, there are three main facets of the Recruitment and Retention Plan that we tabled: one is the development of northern resources, and of course, that would be done in conjunction with my honourable colleague, Mr. Dent, with respect to some of the training initiatives; the second component is creating a stable workforce of employees we currently have within our system; and the final component is developing and increasing the competencies in the workforce by professional development for our professionals, Mr. Speaker.
