Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, first of all, as I indicated to the honourable Member, there are aspects of that plan, and I would be more than willing to provide the details to him, that have been implemented by the department. The honourable Member refers to the collapse of the Nunavut Arctic College Nurses Program. This government did not finance that program, from my understanding, Mr. Speaker. It was a program that the Nunavut Unified Human Resource Strategy funded on a temporary basis. The importance of that is recognized, as I indicated in an earlier response. My colleague, the Honourable Mr. Dent, in conjunction with ourselves, has put together a Financial Management Board submission we are hoping to be able to consider tomorrow, and hopefully, be able to announce some positive things coming out of that.
