Mr. Speaker, the situation has not changed from when I informed this House two days ago that we have not yet achieved a sign-off by all the parties on the transition agreement. There is still one area of difference. We will continue to press forward. I still believe that we will get all of the parties signing-off in a relatively short time and we will be able to deal with the legislation in the March sitting. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
