As I said yesterday in an effort to clarify and obviously I confused some others, to clarify the position of the government, the contracting departments, I mean there are hundreds and hundreds of contracts out there. No one person polices that. The contracting departments understand what the rules, if you want, the policies and procedures are as it relates to

contracting the former employees. If an employee comes forward that the department feels may be or is in conflict, if you want, of the guidelines, then they would seek clarity from my department or that employee or former employee would seek a waiver from my department. Thank you.
