Mr. Speaker, I agree with my honourable colleague that it was an important component to get an acceptance, if you want, of the job evaluation system. It was never the intent, at least not mine anyway, as Finance Minister, to penalize anybody in this important exercise that we undertook with respect to the Hay Job Evaluation system so I will look into it today.
