Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, technically what happens is the raven becomes a conductor for the electricity to go to ground. That causes a ground fault which, in turn, causes the breakers to trip. If the bird happens to be situated close to the high voltage line and close to a part of the transformer, for instance, that is grounded, the circuit is closed and goes to ground causing the breaker to trip.
