Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is to Mr. Ng, the Minister responsible for Health and Social Services, regarding the closure of the Vital Statistics Office in Yellowknife. The Minister of Health and Social Services recently confirmed his knowledge of the closure of the Vital Statistics Office in Yellowknife, the duties and responsibilities of the officers being transferred to Inuvik and Rankin Inlet. My question to the Minister is, could the Minister of Health and Social Services advise this House when the decision was made to close the Yellowknife office and transfer the functions to Inuvik and Rankin Inlet and when the employees were advised?
