Thank you, Mr. Speaker. One of the decisions we made early on was that we do not want to do this regulatory review and then come forward with a heavy, burdensome type of a package. We would go through this process and bring forward those reforms and changes that are easy to do, that are simple and require minimal work to bring them forward as quickly as we can. We have kept that in mind and shortly we will be putting forward a legislative proposal for Cabinet consideration that will embody the first set of changes and reforms to legislation that will be in keeping with the mandate of the initiative.
