The reason why some of the smaller communities may appear to be receiving more funding for capital projects reflects the fact that, historically, we have been improving municipal infrastructure for the larger communities before we have tended to improve the infrastructure for the smaller communities. We are at a stage now with some of the infrastructure in communities where some of the smaller community improvements in those communities can be funded through our plan. Generally, it reflects the infrastructure across the communities. The larger ones have been generally addressed and the smaller ones, in terms of basic improvements, are now getting their turn to have
their water and sewer systems improved, roads and that sort of thing. Thank you, Madam Chairperson.
