Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The way we tried to address this issue was by rotating the chair of the regional directors, for example, Mr. O'Brien's area is the Keewatin region, so we would rotate the chairs. What we want to do now is formalize it and the secretary to Cabinet is getting in touch with the regional directors to pick one regional director in every region to act as a liaison between the executive branch of government and the region and then the person would be compensated accordingly for performing that little bit of extra duty.
