Is there any point or level of spending that a Minister must come back to Cabinet to seek approval prior to signing a lease or contract, for example, if it is in the multimillion dollar range, prior to a deputy signing a contract or a lease? Is there any point where he or his Minister would come back to Cabinet to seek approval or support prior to signing such a contract? Thank you.
