Mr. Speaker, the program has been indexed across the territories by following the food-basket rates under the Income Support Program. Communities in zones one, two and three are classified in one zone. Zones four, five, and six of the food-basket allowance are grouped in another zone for the fossil fuel subsidy. The last four zones are then grouped in the third. I would assume that if Inuvik is in the first zone for the fossil fuel subsidy, that its food-basket rates must be in one of the first three zones for income support. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
