Mr. Speaker, no doubt the intent of this motion is very well meant, but I have difficulty like Mr. Miltenberger, in grasping the impact of this motion, without having a lot more time to digest it, look into it and to discuss it. I feel it is a very complex and sweeping motion like Mr. Miltenberger has said. That gives me a certain amount of concern. I would like to have, perhaps in the future, the Member

address this again if it does not go forward. At this time I cannot support this particular motion simply because of the dramatic impact it could potentially have and without consulting various organizations and individuals, Mr. Speaker. Thank you.
