Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the boards have all recognized the importance of this issue and are working cooperatively in trying to reach the time lines they have agree upon. If it comes to the point where there is a board that is not as supportive or has not implemented the guidelines or does not plan to implement those guidelines, then we will take the appropriate action at that time.
