Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question will be for the Minister of Transportation in regard to the highway strategy that was announced earlier and that is possibly underway. Could the Minister tell us who will be doing this strategy, and my reference to that is, will it be strictly departmental personnel or will, there it be consultants and contractors involved in this particular strategy?
