Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Also on a federal thrust basis we have always, in the North, felt that the federal government benefits from our resource development and I am wondering if the Minister could tell us if he is continuing his efforts to address this at the National Transportation Strategy meetings. I note that the Premier will be attending one of those next week. I am wondering if the Minister could tell us if he has a strategy to deal with the federal government on this whole area of support for our questions. Excuse me, Mr. Speaker, I am getting a lot of heckling on the side. I am wondering if the Minister could tell us if he is continuing to put pressure on the federal government to provide funding for our territorial transportation study since they have an obligation, because of the return that the federal government gets out of this territory.
