Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is for the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs, Ms. Manitok Thompson. It is in regard to my Member's statement about the P3 Initiatives, Public/Private Partnerships, they are looking at new ways of developing projects. One of the projects I felt was a priority was the water problem we have seen over the last couple of years in Fort McPherson and trying to find a way to resolve it. In regard to a briefing I had last week with the Minister about this particular item, I was appalled to hear that this project has been deferred for a year. I would like to ask the Minister, why is it that the Fort McPherson Water Supply P3 Project has been the only one that has been deferred to date in regard to the P3 Initiatives? Why is it?
