I wish to move that we report progress on this item because it is felt that the committee should have a look at the item that was discussed earlier and reconvene on this particular bill on Monday, to conclude it. My understanding is that there is no intent of delaying this bill in consideration in this session. I get a feeling from some committee members that they would like to discuss a certain item.
