Thank you, Mr. Chairman. There was a problem, as the Minister of MACA outlined in an earlier response today to a question by my honourable colleague, that there was some difference of opinion at the community level. My understanding is that has been worked out. The Minister of MACA gave assurances to the Member that we are going to proceed with this important initiative that has been outstanding for some time. I can concur today that we intend to do that and that it will be done within the fiscal framework that is being presented here. Thank you.
