Financial compensation per se has not been clearly defined yet, in that there is a global allocation that has been identified and agreed upon, but the details of how the payments will be made, and in what forum is going to depend a lot on the working groups that are sitting down now making the outline of the details of that financial package that may be offered to these individuals.
