Thank you, Mr. Speaker. It takes one to know one, so Mr. Speaker, I will say to my honourable colleague that I am not so sure I can put it out in the payroll stuffer. I have to be careful with the collective agreement that I am not viewed as trying to influence, if you want, the employees on how they should vote. If there is a method for me to communicate what I thought I had communicated clearly and succinctly in this House on a number of occasions with respect to the 2 percent increase, I will do so. I am not trying to avoid it. I just want to make sure I do it correctly. Thank you.
