We understand the difference of opinion between the government and the union. The union is stating they cannot state that this is gender bias free because if they do so, later on they could be held liable for any deficiencies, if they state it is gender bias free. They are prepared to go to a three-panel membership, one from the union, one from the government, and one from an independent as chair. I do not understand why the government will not go for that, and I wonder if the Minister could tell us why they will not consider that?
