Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The department would be prepared to consider alternate delivery mechanisms within the community, but it would have to be as affordable as it is right now. Does that mean that we can easily hive off the administration dollars? I am not sure. I do not know the specific situation in that community. If there is one person, who is doing a number of functions, one of which is the delivery of the Seniors' Fuel Subsidy Program, it may not be an easy task to separate those administrative dollars out, but we are certainly prepared to take a look at it and see what can be achieved with the community.
