Is it not true that, ultimately, yourself as the Premier and your Cabinet colleagues make the decision. The advisors give you advice, the decision is yours, and yours and your Cabinet colleagues alone. You are the only ones that are responsible for the decision. You are the only ones that are capable of making that decision, so you cannot say you have to follow. So, ultimately, was it the decision of the Premier and his Cabinet colleagues not to appeal this decision of Justice de Weerdt?
