Supplementary to the same Minister, that is very good and I would just like to assure the Minister that I do know some of the project staff and I have had some experience with the project staff in our region and with how they assist our people and they are excellent people from the Housing Corporation in our region. They do an excellent job. Also, Mr. Minister, I think it is important that yourself, as a Minister who represents the government, protect the investment that you make ultimately in those units. I think it is important that you not only protect the investment through the banks, which you do already and you protect your own investments, you are taking a second mortgage is my understanding, so that the banks do not end up with the units, the Housing Corporation ends up with the unit in the end if somebody does not pay their mortgage. You also have to protect your investment to make sure the house is sound, that it does not end up being condemned six months after you bought it and that has happened in the past. You need a program, or a policy at the minimum, in place to protect your investment. Will you be doing that, protecting your investment? Thank you.
