Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I was interested in the Minister's announcement today on the Minister's Forum on Health and Social Services so I have several questions for the Minister in this regard. I wonder if the Minister could tell us, in light of the Minister's Forum on Education Report where there were difficulties now encountered to implement a number of the crucial recommendations, if the Minister could tell us is he restricting the forum, the panel that he will appoint, to making recommendations in the area that do not involve money expenditures?
