Another suggestion that was brought up and which is actually done nationwide in the United States is to require retailers to ask for photo ID from all customers who appear to be under the age of 25. This is because a lot of people look older than their age and it is now illegal to sell tobacco products to people who are under the age of 19. Would the Minister also take a look at this particular issue of requiring retailers to ask for photo ID's from customers who appear to be under the age of 25? Thank you.
