The information that I received is that the board and staff are basically presented with a plan that has already been drafted by some group, staff persons, or whomever, but that they really had no input into the formulation of this plan, whether or not they actually wanted to shut down their rehabilitation centre and turn it into some other type of facility for children. Would the Minister indicate whether this is actually true or what actually occurred there? Thank you.
