In regard to the whole question about not consulting and notifying parents or aboriginal organizations who may have children in such a facility, have you talked to the different aboriginal organizations? In regard to your consultation process, have you made any attempts to consult with the aboriginal organizations who are negotiating self-government agreements when it comes to justice issues on this?
