I give notice that on Friday, January 21, 2000, I will move the following motion: now therefore, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Yellowknife South, that the honourable Member for Sahtu, Mr. Stephen Kakfwi is hereby chosen to be Premier and a Member of the Executive Council of the Northwest Territories.
