Mr. Speaker, yes. I am confident that we are collecting a high percentage of the payroll tax dollars that should be collected. We track it very carefully working closely with the Workers' Compensation Board. There may be a few people who slip through, but most people are pretty conscientious about paying their Workers' Compensation Board premiums, and that is what we use for our payroll tax as well.
