Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I appreciate the Premier's response and look forward to hearing about the review. I would encourage the Premier to work with the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment because as the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment just said to Ms. Lee, some of the costs here are dependent on your definition of grandfathering. I think that the Standing Committee on Social Programs has developed a definition that they would like to see used and are not convinced that is the definition the Minister has referred to. Will the Premier agree to work with the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment to review what definition of grandfathering is appropriate?
